Our Shipping Procedure

RoRo/Containers:

  • Request for Dispatch (providing Shipper, consignee and Vehicle details)
  • Vehicle gets dispatched and delivered to the Port Of Loading POL
  • Pay applicable dispatch fees.
  • Export Documents are executed and submitted to Customs for clearance.
  • Position for customs examination for export (5-10 days before vessel departs)
  • Vehicle is loaded on the vessel using schedule planning once it is approved for loading.
  • Load car on vessel or in a container (if it passed customs exams) if it fails customs examination?
    • Correct issue(s) and reposition for loading.
  • A draft bill of lading is provided once Vessel sails and issued.
  • Shipper is expected to review the Bill of Lading and ensure it contains no errors or typos and advise shipping company if any.
  • Pay applicable Ocean freight and request for TELEX/Print at Destination.
  • Issue the Print at destination to your agent and/or permit us to initiate clearing process.
  • Work with destination agent to pay all import duties before vessel arrival and position for delivery.
  • Vessel arrives and car/cargo is off the port to clients home/collection Centre .
